“Thank you so much they are fab. Can’t stop looking at them, so many details to see”
Lee-Ann & Matt had a spectacular Kensington Roof Gardens wedding. The ceremony was quaint and touching, attended by their closest friends and family. The ceremony was followed by champagne outside, as flamingos casually walk around. That’s not something that you can say often at a wedding, or anywhere else really. All of this, 100 feet above Kensington High Street, in the centre of London.
If you’ve never been before, I highly recommend a visit next time you’re up in London. It was the first time that I have had the pleasure of shooting a wedding there and it really did live up to my high expectations.

After the cocktail hour, we said goodbye to the flamingos and the guests moved to the walled Tudor Garden for the wedding breakfast. Yes, it is as magical as it sounds and truly was a special place to be.
Following the wedding breakfast, we moved once again for another surprise, the Spanish Garden. Another stunning location at the Kensington Roof Gardens wedding venue. The drinks were flowing and the atmosphere was awesome. The live guitarist and singer really set the scene and even evoked a few karaoke cameos from Lee-Ann and her brother. Lee-Ann & Matt alongside their friends and family spent the lovely, sunny afternoon dancing away. It really was a lot of fun and great to be a part of.
At the end of the day, Lee-Ann & Matt got changed and packed their bags. They had decided to do the traditional thing and went straight to the airport to go off on their honeymoon. I’m sure the time away relaxing in the sun would have given them plenty of time to reflect on their truly memorable wedding day.
Here is a selection of my favourites from their Kensington Roof Gardens wedding.
