The only time that I stop working is when you sit down to eat. Will you be proving a meal for me (and my 2nd photographer if applicable) at this point, or do I need to sort something out?
Please list any specific group photo lists you want here. It’s your day so of course, this is completely up to you but I tend to suggest keeping the number of group photos to between 6-8 as even with the best ushering in the world they can still take 4-5 minutes to find and arrange a group of people for a photo.
It’s really helpful if you can nominate an usher/friend/bridesmaid etc (or 2) to help arrange and find people to help keep things as smooth and quick as possible. Ideally, someone who knows most of the key people who will be in the group photos.
Anything else I need to know – photos you specifically want? Portrait locations you would like to use? Family politics that I might need to be aware of? Anything at all…
